These Terms & Conditions apply whenever you:

3. Our Products

Lucy's Blends creates natural personal care products using carefully selected ingredients.

Because our products are handmade using natural ingredients:

  • slight variations in colour, texture or scent may occur between batches;

  • these natural variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product;

  • product photographs are intended as a guide only.

We reserve the right to improve or update our products at any time without prior notice.

4. Product Information

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, ingredients and pricing are accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.

All weights, measurements and sizes are approximate.

If we discover an error in pricing or product information after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Cosmetic Safety

Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.

Although our products are made using high-quality ingredients, everyone's skin is unique.

Before using any product, we recommend that you:

6. Ordering

When you place an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase products from us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An automated order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract between you and Lucy's Blends is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • a product is unavailable;

  • pricing errors have occurred;

  • fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • we reasonably believe the order has been placed for resale purposes;

  • we are unable to fulfil the order for any other legitimate reason.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

7. Prices

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

The price you pay will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout before payment is completed.

8. Payment

We accept payment using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

We do not store your full payment card details.

Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.

9. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either:

  • a full refund;

  • an alternative product (if available); or

  • the opportunity to wait until the item is back in stock.

10. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, although dispatch times may vary during busy periods.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been passed to the delivery provider, responsibility for delivery times rests with that provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier delays;

  • industrial action;

  • severe weather;

  • customs delays;

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

11. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Lucy's Blends. If you are not completely satisfied, this policy explains your rights and how we can help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by emailing hello@lucysblends.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Hygiene and Cosmetic Products

Our products are cosmetic products intended for personal use and are supplied with a tamper-evident seal.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of any cosmetic product where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, removed or damaged, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied in error.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be unused;

  • remain unopened;

  • have the original tamper-evident seal fully intact;

  • be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible;

  • be returned within the required time period.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet these conditions.

Return Postage

Unless a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be made using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been returned.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required under UK consumer law.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We take great care when preparing every order.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged;

  • faulty;

  • defective; or

  • incorrect,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@lucysblends.com, ideally within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the item;

  • photographs of any damaged packaging where applicable.

We will assess the issue promptly and, where appropriate, offer:

  • a replacement;

  • a repair (where appropriate);

  • a full or partial refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Allergies and Individual Reactions

Every person's skin is unique.

Although our products are carefully formulated using high-quality ingredients, we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before purchasing.

If you have known allergies, sensitive skin or existing medical conditions affecting the skin, we recommend seeking appropriate professional advice before using any cosmetic product.

We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions where ingredients have been clearly listed before purchase.

14. Storage and Product Care

To help maintain product quality, we recommend that products are:

  • stored in a cool, dry place;

  • kept away from direct sunlight;

  • used within the recommended period after opening where applicable.

Improper storage may affect the appearance, texture or performance of natural products.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

28. Wholesale Orders

From time to time, Lucy's Blends may supply products to retailers, wholesalers or other businesses.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms & Conditions apply to retail customers only.

Separate wholesale terms may apply to business customers and trade accounts.

Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates where permitted by law.
